Riding the buses

As we pulled into the bus station we were greeted with many Sri Lankan men running around shouting out to encourage us to purchase their wares. We declined and climbed aboard our bus which was taking us to Polonnaruwa. It was to be a four hour journey - one that we...

Morocco Part 1

We are now in Todra Gorge which is in the South of Morocco. It is quite picturesque and reminds us a little of the entry to Jenolan Caves. We have been in Morocco now for over a week and have struggled to find reliable internet. Even purchasing a SIM card hasn't...

White Bay Power Station
We had a great time at the The 24th Biennale of Sydney at the repurposed White Bay Power Station. It’s great to finally see this amazing place opened to the public and used in a creative way.
Definitely worth a visit! 😊

Australian Museum
If you are living in Sydney or just visiting, we can throughly recommend the Ramses Exhibition at the Australian Museum. Even if you have been to Egypt and have experienced its history first hand (like us) it’s still a well curated exhibition worth checking out. 😊
Book online, entry is by pre selected time zones so as to avoid overcrowding, which is great. Here are a few pics from the exhibition 😊 #australianmuseum #sydney #Ramses
