Reply Andrew on February 4, 2020 at 11:22 am Thanks for your comment. House sitting is a great lifestyle and one that we highly recommend. Happy to answer any questions as you prepare to start. Reply Sue Harris on February 6, 2020 at 11:15 pm I’ve finally managed to explore your site, and I love what you’ve presented! Your video is a wonderful summary of a fabulous year! I’ve been a full time sitter in Australia, since 2007 and people have often said that I should write a book! When I first started this lifestyle, I didn’t know of any other sitters, and found my sits only via word of mouth. For the last 6 years, since my husband and I retired, we have become full time travellers and sitters, and I’ve kept a Track My Tour blog, mainly as our private diary for friends and family, to keep up with our travels. We did a sit in Brittany last year, as our first OS sit, and wish I’d had a read your overseas travel advice, particularly re suspending health cover, having extra phones for texts, and your financial ninja tips! I love the connections that we sitters can now make through social media and websites. It is just the best lifestyle, isn’t it? Reply Andrew on February 8, 2020 at 11:40 am Hi Sue. Thanks for your comments and we definitely agree, it is the best lifestyle. Hoping that our paths will cross at some stage and we can meet up and share stories. Looking forward to following your journey and reading about your adventures.
